Who to root for week 15

Thanks. As the regular season draws to an end, just wanted to thank you for the thread.

In general, I'm in a minority that would just as soon we go into the post-season as Number Three and not have the bye week to stew on our last two playoff losses and the fact that we haven't won a playoff game in four years. I think that this team, despite whatever advantage might attach to having an extra week to rest players, would be better off going into Wild Card weekend with a chip on its shoulder. The bye and number one didn't do us much good last year.

[BTW: doesn't a KC win also help our SOV? And maybe, as silly as it sounds, we should be rooting for a tie between BUF and MIA. But, that's a stat that confuses me anyway, so I might be (i.e., probably am) wrong.]

Since there are only 2 teams realistically vying for that #2 spot -- NEP & HOU -- does
this website believe their destinies are in the hands of a higher being?

No, the SOV tiebreaker, which involves games that the two teams are not playing in. So if both NEP and HOU win out their fate is in the hands of teams such as the Jets and Jax.
