Which Saints receiver worries you the most?

Yall should probably worry most about Meachem right now...just saying.

As for as who most Saints fans are worried about- Welker. We feel pretty good about Greer on Moss.

Umm.. I hate to break it to you, but Moss has pretty good stats going up against Greer while he was in Buffalo, or maybe you never realized that and thought Greer came from the land of unicorns and ice cream sundaes before the 2009 season.

I think Greer is a pretty good corner but i guess that you forgot that Greer came from Buffalo and he is kind of Moss's b!tch. Just saying. Watch your boy at 1:24, 1:43, and 7:39

YouTube - Tom Brady & Randy Moss Highlights

Meachem...going with the hot hands.

I go with Meachem also. He has as many TDs as Colston. He hasn't had as many
receptions (16) but 6 of them have been TDs and several of those have been
long strikes. In a close game he is the one that can fly under the radar and
get a lesser defender on him which my allow him that game winning TD.
Watch out for Meachem!

I keep reading this on their board and I have no idea where they are getting this "Greer has good numbers against Moss" stuff from. They torched him in 2007, and they had one game in 2008 with almost no passes due to the wind.

I am more worried about sharper on the d in all honesty he is a total ballhawk we can't afford to go down 2scores or he will not look for the run I don't think you can overlook any of the recievers. I always worry about lance Moore because he is the guy who can get free like welker. Or has done past seasons not seen much of the saints this year.

Sharper's a great ballhawk, in the Ed Reed mold. But I think the Pats will be very aware of him. Other than red zone execution (on both sides of the ball), I think the #1 priority for the offense will be to avoid drive-killing turnovers and mistakes, with Sharper being public enemy #1 in this area. Brady may go deep, but I'm pretty sure he'll be careful not to force the ball and to take what's available.

The Pats pretty much made Ed Reed a non-factor when they played the Ravens week 4. I expect them to do the same with Sharper.

Well the Saints fans think we should worry about:

"Colston, Moore, Meachem, Bush, P. Thomas, D. Thomas, Shockey, Bell, Henderson > Moss and Welker"

Hate to break it to you but..

Moss>Colston
Welker>Meachem
Edelman<Henderson
Stanback<Moore
Watson=Shockey
Baker>D. Thomas
Faulk>R. Bush
Morris<P. Thomas
Maroney=Bell

I love how they think they have 9 superweapons and we only have 2. As you can see above, its 4-3-2 Pats for offensive talent. The only argue you could give is Bush over Faulk, but I would choose Faulk.

WOW Greer did everything but shine his shoes for him in those highlights. Yeah I can see Jabari having a fabulous day against Moss. In other news I predict pigs will fly today

Forgot one................Brady>Brees

Colston, though none of them is as good as Moss or Welker individually.

Have to totally agree here. Welker and Moss scare the hell out of me as a saints fan.

I love our group but Colston is Brees' security blanket along with Moore if he plays.

First off I haven't read that but if someone did type that they are crazy.

However, please don't go by how someone looked on one team vs how they play now. Heck, Thomas was a monster with the Ravens at LB and now he isn't.

Greer has found a scheme that he loves and that helps immensely.

Having said that I am having trouble sleeping because of your wideouts.

Let's just say I don't agree. I also would argue for Shockey and Faulk can't hold Bush's jock.

You also forgot one major thing there...............offensive lines. I know you guys have a very good one but I will take the saints over anyone with the way their line has played this year.

Also, I really don't know why we are arguing this because the offenses don't play each other but it's fun anyway.

While I agree talent level Bush has it all over Faulk, you can argue that Faulk has been more productive than Bush making him more valuable. Bush is a starter Faulk is not and and YPC and YAC are all in Faulks favor. You must admit that thus far Bush has been kind of a flop. He has failed to have either 1000 rushing or 1000 rec, and he was touted as the next B Sanders. Not saying he is useless but put it this way if it were made now would the selection that Houston made 4 years ago be that crazy?

Like you said people could argue Bush and faulk all day.. And I love Faulk but Bush is a better all around player this year..

Shockey has double the receptions and more yards than Watson.. He's learned to block a lot more this year..

I believe the Saints have one of the best running games in the NFL.. They have the type of rotation we strive for here.. Their OL are great in pass and run blocking..

Again we could debate all day but my belief is what ever QB makes less mistakes wins the game.. I know its pretty simple but its the truth..

I'll take Tom and the boys for an upset

That's why there is no point an arguing Faulk and Bush, its too tough. Bush has the talent, youth, speed, while Faulk has, fantastic hands, screen game, and comes through when you need him.

I love when fans just brush Moss off.. "yeah so and so will take care of Moss so we're all set....blah, blah".

Even Revis gave up a TD...

ur offensive line hasnt faced the MAN yet....

This was over on "SaintsReport".
Why is everyone so scared of the Patriots? - SaintsReport Community Forums

Seems to me, they should be scared of us. How the hell are they going to cover a mixture of Shockey, Colston, Meachem, Henderson, Reggie, Thomas (Both Pierre and David), and Bell on the field at the same time? How the hell are they going to run on Ellis, once he comes back? How the hell are they going to protect Brady? We're getting lots of pressure and sacks now...

I don't know how we are going to cover all 8, yes 8 players on a single play. Let's see, 8 receiver / TE / RBs, + 1 QB + 1 C and 1 G, yeah that's 11. Interesting offensive set, not sure if its legal, but interesting.

Been seeing a lot of this kind of talk lately.

Meachem has been on fire recently...every week it seems he either has a 50 yard catch or a TD...the guy has play making ability, plain and simple...
