We're onto Buffalo....

There is no reason to believe that the road woes won't start happening at home.

Yeah, but do we know they are road woes only? I don't think you can assume Brady is just going to turn on the youth switch at Foxboro. The team is not good on the road, but I think the issue is bigger than that...

I wouldnt want to be the Bills coming into Foxboro after the Pats went down twice in the last two weeks......playoff seeding in the balance.....

In the past yeah for sure. But this isn’t the same Patriots team other teams feared playing. This pats team is beatable at home or on the road.

The KC offense is much more consistent than the Pats and don’t seem to be missing Hunt much, if at all.

Also, the game will be in KC and the Pats are putrid on the road

Pats defense got thrashed by crap offenses like Tennessee and Miami and you think it matters that KC is on their 2nd and 3rd string backs? You’ve seen what trash RB’s have done to this defense lately, yes?

Almost literally any NFL RB could run for 5 yards a pop against the dumpster fire front 7 right now.

KC just put up 442 yards and 27 points on a tough Baltimore D and dropped 28 on a tough Chargers D

The Pats have scored 16 points in their past 6 quarters of play, against two mediocre to awful defenses.

Laughable that anyone would put the Pats in the Chiefs’ class even with the narrow win earlier this year. The Pats look like garbage right now and the Chiefs remain hot. Sure, the Chiefs D stinks but that doesn’t seem to make much difference considering the Pats struggle to find any semblance of offensive consistency.

WTF? hahaha

I feel like I'm in drama class and King McMurty is in the spotlight.

"Thrashed, I say, Thrashed".

KC's defense has been gashed (which is worse than thrashed) by every team they've faced. In fact their defense is either 30th or 31st in the league depending on how you look at it. The Pats? A pedestrian 23rd.

They did lose to the Pats. "Where art thou ye ole thrashers of defenses?"

KC is missing Hunt. In their last four games they're 2-2 and nearly 1-3. Yikes. Love that consistency.

The fact is that they are in the same class as the Pats except they lost to the Pats in Foxboro. KC is first in total offense. Pats 5th. "Laughable"

The Pats could have and should have beaten the Steelers. I'm not worried about Houston. KC would be tough but I don't think we'll even run into them.

The team I'm most worried about running into at the moment is the Chargers.

I keep seeing people say this...beatable at home....so when have they lost this year at home....rhetorical of course but the point is they are better team at home for some reason...I think anyone coming to NE is at a disadvantage. KC was a close one but none of the others were, at home that is.

Why doesn’t Dorsett get any run when he clearly get more separation than Hoags?

Hogan and Dorsett generally run different sets of routes. In any case, about 75% of Brady's targets since the BYE have gone to Edelman, White, Gronk and Gordon. Patterson and Hogan have split another 13% between them. The remaining 12% have been split by five "others", and Dorsett is part of the last group. I don't know for certain why that is, but I'm going to assume that it's primarily been tactical. Prior to the BYE, Dorsett had caught 25/30 (83%) for 246 yards and 2 TDs - not exactly a slacker as the #4/#5 WR.

Even when the Chiefs lose, they are scoring over 27 points and usually it is a lot more than that...Patriots have two losses where they scored 10 points.

On of the road woes was horrible officiating that won't likely be happening in foxboro...

I was just about to comment that I'd like to see Dorsett more often. Might as well give it a shot. He looked pretty solid at times early in the year despite wrongfully being the #2 WR on offense. He may be quite effective and provide a spark with a big play or two with his speed as the #4/5 option.

Most of the calls were presnap penalties. Most of the holding were real holding calls. I wI hope there is not a repeat in Foxboro, but I wouldn't rule it out.

And the false start penalties were due to crowd noise. Can you imagine having to play the AFCCG at Arrowhead?

My thoughts for the Bills game:

- Will be interesting to see Josh Allen for the first time. Expect him to run A LOT...not like Lamar Jackson, but close. His only passing targets are Foster, McKenize, and Zay Jones. Those three were targeted 5, 7, and 6 times respectively last week vs. the Lions.

- McKenize is the KR/PR.

- Charles Clay is still the TE, but has not seen more than 2 targets in a game since late October and only has 21 receptions and 184 yards on the season.

- This team STILL gave up on Kelvin Bejamin.

- Unsure if McCoy or Ivory will be ready to go. McCoy tweaked his hammy last Thursday...10 days before our game. Ivory is nursing a sore shoulder and missed last week. Following these two are RB's named Murphy and Ford...

- Other than the offensive offense they have, the Bills D is pretty impressive. They ranked #1 in total defense a few weeks back (unsure if they still do). Leslie Frazier's unit has kept them in all games. Read somewhere that they are #1 yet being on the field a lot. They lead the league in forced fumbles and tackles for loss.

Are you saying it is somehow better to lose by giving up too many points than it is to lose by scoring too few?

I am saying that scoring more points increases your chances of winning.

We are not onto Buffalo instead Buffalo is coming to us for a beat down.

Go Pats

Did you know KC holds the NFLs current and all time record for consecutive home playoff losses?

Did you know KC holds the NFLs current and all time record for consecutive home playoff losses?

It answers the age old question: What happens when an unstoppable force (aka, The Chiefs Home Field Advantage) meets an immovable object (Andy Reid's clock management buffoonery)? The answer is Andy Reid stiff arms that runaway train with nothing but a blank stare and a wasted time out.

I would imagine that mainly on the road though...and we’ve pretty much owned Pitt too but it doesn’t always work out
