I don't think you'll find either of those posters pumping up Mac. Not sure why the need to throw the shade on him, though, while defending Jackson. The claim that Lamar has thrown the ball more than Jones this season I'm not sure is actually the case ... looks like Jones has a few more attempts and completions, so Jackson certainly has a YPC edge. The fewer yards-to-sacks stat is also a little iffy, because they've been sacked the same number of times (2), so one could effectively say that Jackson has thrown for more yards, which is true.
Lamar: 38/59 (64.4%), 531 yards, 6 TD, 1 INT
Jones: 42/65 (64.6%), 465 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT
Lamar is a good quarterback and I won't argue otherwise. I don't believe Mac is a consistently better passer than Lamar at this point in time, but I do believe Mac is also a good quarterback. I was quietly pleased with Mac's quarterbacking against Pittsburgh, save for the stupid across-his-body throw that was nearly intercepted.
