Is there any doubt that this was Brady's way of sending a message. I didn't think I could admire him even more even before seeing this, but somehow that's just how I feel now.

I saw the movie, I think it has its flaws and agree with those that say the Frontline piece on CTE was more informative, but in my opinion it is a really important work for us to support as football fans. For us Pats fans, the idea that this could add to the public's disdain for Goodhell is a great corollary benefit and even more of a reason for us in particular to go see it.

That's the entire point of Kylo Ren. He isn't supposed to be this unbeatable Jedi master. He hasn't even completed his training yet. During the film he was still struggling to resist "the light side". He wasn't supposed to be an ultra powerful villain..not yet. Plus him getting his ass kicked may have had to do with taking a blaster shot minutes before from Chewbacca.

OT but Kylo Ren wasn't even as menacing as Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. Vader force choked his subordinates and ruthlessly chopped off his son's hand in a light sabre fight; Kylo Ren threw temper tantrums when he didn't get his way and got his ass kicked by a girl with no force training.

People are overrating the sh*t out of this latest Star Wars flick IMHO.

That was the whole point of the character. He was still struggling between the light and dark side. Darth Vader was full blown dark side in episode 4. He was also more machine than man. I'm not getting into whether the movie was good or not but at least make a legit argument.

I don't know.....I liked the new movie. I'm no Star Wars expert or anything, the only reason I went to see it was because the kids wanted to go. But I thought the story was interesting and the effects were great. It left me wanting to see the next one when it comes out.
