Hmm, interesting stat: the Pats beat the three division winners from last year by a total score of 128-58.

43-17 (Cinci)
43-21 (Denver)
42-20 (Indy)

WOW!

Oh, and Bill knelt so that Gray would have something to play for next time...

Felger claims that Kraft is buying these victories by blackmailing Jetdell...time to run Felcher out of town for good. He needs to be blistered and savagely excoriated by a legion of blood thirsty callers. Gasbaggarotti the pipsqueak will sell him out for half a meat ball sandwich.

and Tony Dungy...STFU fool!

Brady sucked in the first half and Browner sucked in both but everyone else was brilliant. And Hightower/Collins were awesome. Even Casillas was making plays.

I just became a patriots fan today since my old team the broncos and my hero peyton lost today.... LOL JUST KIDDING

Very impressive win. I love it when the offense can run all over the opposing defense like that. Very satisfying games to watch. Another test next week with Detroit coming to town but the Pats, for this week, are 8-2 and in sole possession of the #1 seed. Nice place to be...

- 9/12 on 3rd down against one of the better 3rd down D's in the NFL going into the game

Indy had only allowed 8 3rd down conversion at home all season coming into this game.

Browner sucked??? Really...and you SAW this? Fleener did the major damage tonight. T.Y. Hilton had 3 catches for 24 yards. WTF are you watching anyway?

Is this team more dominant than 07, 04 and 03? I think it's at least on that level

I don't think so. I think the league was way,way overrated by the sporting press early on, especially the splooge fests aimed at Seattle, the Broncos, Cincy and Atlanta. The Pats had to find a cohesive O line in season. Not really a finished product. I think any of the leaders can win the whole bag of marbles. Who saw the Cards coming, eh?

Okay we're fans, we can savor it. Wheeee! We can be at the top of some website's power rankings!

What I like about this team is that different pieces are showing up and doing it each week. First four games it looked like we couldn't get it together... since then it's looked like any specific unit can "star" any given week. Reminds me of the good ol days.

This team seems able to overcome whatever is in the way. No silver spoon, best QB/best receivers, record-setting, hype-generating season here. Real football, every week. Okay last few have gotten a little hyperbolic, the JEST excepted.

But they've done it with different pieces every week, whatever the defense can't cover/can't stuff. That's promising.

We are on to Detroit...

This team is balanced and complimentary. If they can do that they have an awesome chance at going and winning the sb

Gronk: "Sergio Brown had been jawing at me all game. So on that last touchdown I picked him up and threw him out of the club."
Collinsworth: "So you're the Bouncer?"
Gronk: "I'm the Bouncer."

A new nickname? LOL

Football. What about you. Fleecer did the major damage when he was being covered (sort of) by Browner. So yes, I did SEE this you ignorant ass!

Fleener is his name. I'm an ignorant ass for YOUR ignorant comment? Browner did NOT have responsibility for Fleener man to man. If you actually WATCHED the game like you say you did, you'd put whatever onus for Fleener's meaningless damage on Ryan and Chung . ....but you're a self proclaimed fantasy player guru with unassailable credentials. Right. Stick around, I have your takes on Jonas Gray from this summer. Moron.

but you're a self proclaimed fantasy player guru with unassailable credentials.

I've never played fantasy football in my life. Joker by name, a joke by nature.

Ease up on Manx, Joker.

Luck was 4 for 4 against Browner in that 1st half.

He's only giving facts.
