I finally got a pick right on my mock (well, I had him at 60) :singing:

I really like it. I really like the Solder pick, think they fleeced NO, and love the Dowling choice. They've got very solid Patriots style players at solid value positions. They also have adressed the more subtle but very relevant needs. I wasn't high on the OLB class, so I don't have any issues with not going backer. I would have liked to have seen a moveup for Watt but I really can't complain.

I'm looking for a guard and a back coming soon. This is also a nice spot in the draft for an outside receiver.

I have no problem with first round LTs or CBs regardless of what need is, because those are critical positions. 33 is basically round 1.
It would appear that the moves made over the last 3 years clearly signal that BB is trying to make the secondary the strength of the team.
A 1 last year on McCourty, a almost 1 here.
Bodden in FA. Butler and Chung in the second. Meriwhether in the first.
If I wasn't influenced by this board telling BB is clueless I would think he is trying to build the best secondary in the NFL, and I''d really like that idea.

FWIW, James Walker from ESPN tweeted that the Browns had targeted Vereen to pair with Hillis. I don't think he would've made it to 74...

Probably. But who else should they have taken? The board fell flat for every team and I doubt anyone was calling to move up.
