100% behind Sanchez
The offense had no flow, no rythm, no discipline.
Offensive game plans and design have sucked the last several weeks, and he's had no confidence.
The players had no confidence on the field, beyond Sanchez.
Jets need to address WR and TE position this off-season, they need a #1 next to Holmes, and they need to replace Mulligan, the pass protection has been awful all year.
Sanchez is not the problem, far from it.
I defended Schotty all year, in the beginning I thought he warranted such defense, the last half of the season really has been brutal, you can see it in the play of every player, not just Sanchez, they had no confidence in what they were doing on the field.
He had a great first two years, but lacking talent and lacking confidence within the players on offense hurt them more than anything this year.
Sanchez will get some of the blame, but the proof is in the player language on the field, look at the questions raised to players in the post game, they cannot wait to move on from Schotty.
