Day Three of NFL Week 17 has a few good games, despite multiple teams already clinching or being eliminated over the last few days.

Seattle is at Carolina, and the Seahawks need a win or else they will fall into a three-way tie for first place in the NFC West. Seattle has won five in a row and nine of their last ten. The Panthers have been up and down, able to beat teams like the Rams and Packers, but were swept by New Orleans. Win or lose, they'll most likely play at Tampa Bay next week in a win-you're-in, lose-your-season-is-over game next week. Carolina could clinch the NFC South today though, with a win here, coupled with the Bucs losing at Miami.

Pittsburgh can clinch the AFC North with a win over Cleveland, unless Myles Garrett - who will likely break the NFL single season sack record - can somehow lead the Browns to a victory. That would also set up a virtual playoff game next week between the Ravens and Steelers.

Another early game with playoff implications is Jacksonville at Indy. The Colts are eliminated but a win here drops the Jaguars into a tie with Houston in the AFC North - and all the Texans would need to do to win the division would be to beat the Colts at home next week. But if Jacksonville wins it likely sets up a Jags-Texans rematch in the first round of the playoffs.

The late game is of major consequence: Philadelphia at Buffalo. If the Eagles win, and the Patriots take care of business in New Jersey, then the Pats clinch the AFC East. The only way the Bills can lose and still win the division would be if the Pats lose to both the Jets and the Dolphins. Unfortunately the Eagles don't have a lot to play for, having already clinched the division and almost locked in as the number three seed. (The Eagles need Chicago to lose twice to move up to the number two seed.)

Speaking of the Bears, the Sunday Night game should be a great one, with Chicago at San Francisco. The Bears have clinched the NFC North and are only one game behind Seattle. The NFC West is up for grabs, with the 49ers and Rams both 11-4, one game behind the Seahawks.

CBS Single Game:

Early:
Red: 9-6 Pittsburgh (-3½) @ 3-12 Cleveland - Jim Nantz, Tony Romo; Tracy Wolfson
Blue: 12-3 Seattle (-6½) @ 8-7 Carolina - Ian Eagle, J.J. Watt; Evan Washburn
Yellow: 5-10 New Orleans (-1) @ 3-12 Tennessee - Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis, Jason McCourty; AJ Ross
Late:
Green: 2-13 NY Giants (-3) @ 2-13 Las Vegas - Kevin Harlan, Trent Green; Melanie Collins

Fox Early Game:

Red: 11-4 Jacksonville (-4) @ 8-7 Indianapolis - Joe Davis, Greg Olsen; Pam Oliver
Blue: 12-3 New England (-13) @ 3-12 NY Jets - Adam Amin, Drew Brees; Kristina Pink
Green: 7-8 Tampa Bay (-5½) @ 6-9 Miami - Kenny Albert, Jonathan Vilma; Jen Hale
Yellow: 3-12 Arizona @ 5-10 Cincinnati (-7) - Kevin Kugler, Daryl Johnston; Allison Williams
Gray: NO GAME - (Titans reach blackout limit)

Wow. When was the last time an NFL game was blacked out?
Apparently Titans owners exercised their right to black out a competing game, and force the people in Nashville to either watch the Titans (in stadium or on tv), or go to a sports bar with the Sunday Ticket.

National Broadcasts:
Sun 4:25 ET on Fox: 10-5 Philadelphia @ 11-4 Buffalo (-3) - Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady; Tom Rinaldi
Sunday Night, NBC: 11-4 Chicago @ 11-4 San Francisco (-3½) - Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth; Melissa Stark
Monday Night, ESPN: 11-4 LA Rams (-7½) @ 6-9 Atlanta - Joe Buck, Troy Aikman; Lisa Salters, Laura Rutledge

Terrible tackling around the league this Sunday. Watching Gamrday there are muliple instances of tackles you assume will be made turn into long TDs.

Let’s start this thread off right..

This Eagles-Fluffalo game is about to be fun..

Damn..I didn’t even know this. This would be similar to OJ’s 2,000 yard rushing record in ‘73 in 14 games.

Rooting for the Colts.

Wouldn’t a Jacksonville loss remove any possibility of them getting a bye?

Also, would make the Rats draft pick worse.

Not liking it that the Ravens can make the post season.

Squealers lose

That looks like sleet in Buffalo.

These damned Eagles better show up today or I'mma have to give them a smack on the left side of the right ear!

Shaping up for Week 18 to be a real snooze fest.

Steelers are pathetic.

Another 9 win season for the Steelers. Tomlin’s job is complete for this year.
Remember when he all but accused us of cheating after a loss? Like we pulled a fire alarm in the hotel or shut the electricity in his locker room or some other nonsense? The only guy that pouts and whines after a loss more is Tomlinson.
