I liked Ridley when he was with us. He was actually pretty good. Better than Sony Michel has been thus far.

As @fnordcircle said, it was Maroney. He pioneered the dancing style that LeVeon Bell has now made popular.

Ridley was a very decisive runner, getting over 1,200 yards and 12 TD's his first year starting. He had great power and was a pretty sure thing in short yardage/goal line situations. Injuries derailed a once promising career.

Maybe but he fumbled a lot, often in crucial games

Ridley's rookie year: 16 games, 2 starts - 87 carries for 441 yards and 1 TD, 3 receptions for 13 yards.

Michel's rookie year: 10 games, 7 starts - 164 carries for 706 yards and 5 TDs, 7 receptions for 50 yards.

Michel probably finishes this season around 950 yards. The big question is, will he have a 1200 yard season next year? If he's healthy for the whole year, Michel will have a shot, but there's no way of knowing that until this time next year.

4 year starter? Ridley had one good year for us as the main back. That was all the way back in 2012. He needs to go talk to a shrink about his problems and let that **** go. He hasn’t done anything great for a team since that year.
