He was released with a "failed physical" designation by the Patriots. At the end of the day, I wonder if this is the real reason he was unsuccessful and phased out of the offense. Real tough break for him.

Dam, that sucks. Yeah things didn't work out as swimmingly as a lot of fans thought it would with the Pats but he's still a human being that is pondering retirement at 30 with knee problems. Not fun.

I know the exact moment this happened and it was in the Denver game. He walked off but that is when he fell off the wagon altogether.

Neither Chandler nor LaFell suffered major injury to their hands, as best I can tell.

I agree with you but lets not get too flowery over Chandler. He was very average here before his injury and his hands were questionable.

I think LaFell's biggest physical issue became his brain. I grant him the leg and shoulder issues set him back substantially but my god he couldn't catch a cold and he lost his mojo and confidence in the offense.
