Wow! Some of the worst playcslling I've ever seen on Panthers last drive. Seriously, wtf were they doing,?
You got 3 timeouts . Only need aboutv35vyds for a fg
Every fool knows you complete a couple short passes in the middle of the field., which us wide open. Gets the offense in rhythm.
At worst you only need to use1 t.o. for that. Now you're in Rams territory with 2 t.o.s and only need 15 ads max.
No way in hell should any team in the NFL be able to at least get a fg attempt in that situation. Panthers never had a chance with those stupid play calls

The Bears beat the Packers in the post season last on December 14, 1941.

It was painful to watch

Next game packers / bears on prime

Can watch on twitch if you don't have prime

There's a reason the Panthers were 8-9, them puking all over themselves at the end shouldn't be much of a surprise.
This. We've seen this a million times. A team that's never had much success letting the moment get too big for them.

Playing 10 yards off of receivers while up only four points, with 2:38 to play. What a wonderful, intelligent idea.

The worst position the Rams had during that drive was a 2nd and 10, because Adams dropped a pass on first down while there was no one near him in the vicinity. Otherwise, it was a first down on every throw and then a TD because every Rams receiver was WIDE open on every play. Credit to Stafford for his TD pass, but that was the only even semi difficult throw he had to make on the entire drive. NFL coaches are usually good at strategy, but horrendous at tactics, last second adjustments and decisions. If you play such a weak defense, at least don't let them score with 30 second left, call a time out, save the time, and have the ball last with at least a minute.

Young isn't Brady or Mahomes, 30 seconds even with time outs is basically forfeiting the game.

Well at least it was entertaining... Stafford ends the game with a 93.4 Passer rating... If you looked on the stat sheet alone you might convince yourself '34 points? 93.4 passer rating? 3 TDs? he played a good game'.

This is how Stafford will win the MVP... cause people know in 30 years people who never saw these games will not take the time to rewatch each one and only go by the box score. And they don't want to look wrong.

Maye has outplayed Stafford all year... but Stafford won in the box score not looking nearly as good. That is what will win him MVP.

Stafford is the equivalent of a director that makes a bunch of B+ movies for a decade and then ends up winning Best Director over a clearly superior A+ film/director.

This Bears v Packers game should be good

They had 30something seconds.

Young spent 26 of those in the pocket, or scrambling, or heaving up a duck. Zero yards. Just bonkers.

Yeah that was a bad drop on 4th down but he'd already wasted so much the first 3 plays.

Really a shockingly bad game by the Rams. They were fortunate today.
If thats the best they can do, Patriots have a legit shot at winning it all, which is pretty damn amazing when you think about it

I’m not crazy about Matt Lafleur.

Thats 100% on the OC. Just horrible, stupid play calling

Well I'm just glad the panthers made it entertaining. I didn't even think they would do that much.

They should install a new rule : if every team in the DIV is under .500 their slot goes to the best record remaining in the field.
I definitely like divisional play, but I sort of love that idea.

They're a physical team and physical teams usually do well in the playoffs.
The Patriot are a physical team
