Over the weekend, New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft presented a fan in need with a brand new handicapped accessible van.

Alyssa Silva, a Patriots fan from Rhode Island who has spinal muscular atrophy, will have her full story aired during an ESPN E:60 episode later on this fall.

Silva shared the surprise meeting and van unveiling with Kraft over her Twitter account in a now viral video that has reached the far ends of Patriot Nation.
