Some inj info before TC

Good to hear Britt is not missing much of important time.
Bolden missed minicamp and this could be significant setback for eternal bubble boy.

I hope this means other injured/recovering boys are good to go or close to:
Jules, C & J Hollister, Cannon, Thuney, Brown, Valentine, Rivers, K.Davis, Hightower, Langi, Grigsby, JJ, Cyrus, Ebner . ?Mitchell
____

EDIT: Spoke too soon.. still nice improvement from spring hospital..

We need a "sad" react.

This is anecdotal, but does it seem like that list is pretty inconsequential compared to previous years? Britt is the most substantial concern from that group IMO, and that's only because of the current WR situation with Edelman suspended. Otherwise, there's no real lynch pins that are starting camp on the PUP.

3 core special teamers gone will probably hurt somewhat.

Since they like Britt so much, I hope he doesn't get rushed back. Definitely need him healthy. I wonder what the timeline is for Jonathan Jones to return?

Adios, Malcolm. Thanks for making some clutch catches in 51.

Unfortunately, the pats like to take chances on quality players that have injury histories. If it works, you hit a home run. If it doesn't, then you end up in a situation like with Mitchell.

pre TC staff building..
(first Mayo aboard..)

I’d still say the Mitchell pick was a success considering where he was drafted and how he delivered in that game. It’s not a home run, but you can certainly get less out of that draft slot.

Unfortunately,
I know so unfortunate. All those wins, and division titles, and AFC Championships and Superbowls.

So unfortunate. Maybe they should run the team your way.

Turns out Reiss was incorrect. The Patriots waived Hollister with the NFI designation..

They signed Nate Theaker. 24 year old who has played LT, RT, and RG at the DII level..

Not the most athletic, but looks like a big, strong guard who has above average explosiveness and experience at multiple OL spots. Could do worse for camp competition.

Supposedly has quick feet with the ability to stay coordinated in his shuffle.
Supposedly has the agility and body control to effectively pull.

I figure he's a longshot at best with PS potential as a swing tackle.
