He was making almost 6.5m a year when he signed his deal back in 2014. I’d love for him to come here, but it’s hard to imagine the financials working out. He’s going to have long term offers that are in the 10m+ a year range.

And incidentally, there is no way we are giving a receiver $10m+ a year unless its a premier guy.

Wouldn't mind to hear how Edelman feels over all for being so seemingly underpaid given that three weeks ago people were wondering if the SB MVP had a shot at Canton.

First and Foremost Josh Gordon getting his life right, then getting reinstated and back with us would be Huge. To see one full year starting from Training Camp, Preseason,Reg Season & POs, could be epic.

Doesn’t matter, Gordon is not a player that can be counted upon in any way. They can bring him back and use him to the best of his abilities but they can’t count on him to be available for the next game, at any point in the season.
