I had Firkser instead but with Tavai taking snaps at FB and Sokol making plays I changed my mind. And with Douglas making waves…another reason not to have a 3rd string catching “HB”.

I don't think that we are keeping more than 5 inside OL's, especially with Sow (OT) also being available.
I just don't see Russey beating out Mafi.

Russey is a "starter" because Strange and Onwenu are out.

Considering the Onwenu injury and contract situation, Mafi would be my choice.

IMO, Belichick drafted a backup C/G who will make the roster, even if many here didn't see the need with Russey available.

Considering the Onwenu injury and contract situation, Mafi would be my choice.

IMO, Belichick drafted a backup C/G who will make the roster, even if many here didn't see the need with Russey available.

Mafi will not make through on waivers while Hines should . So I would have Hines in PS.

Matthew Slater not retiring this year, and he probably should have as he has lost a step or two, makes keeping Kayshon Boutte a very difficult proposition.

Are we going to trade a WR like Bourne?

This is frustrating. Cause they obviously want a third inline TE, whether that is Sokol, Firkster, or a FA PU. And we need nine or more guys in the OL group.

And you gotta consider Carl Davis as a true zero technique NT in short yardage. It’s hard to keep Lawrence Guy, my favorite player.

I’m stopping. Let guys who are paid figure it out.

Speed was a MEH STer, especially considering his elite athleticism. He didn’t consistently make plays. He was worthy of a priority FA pickup. Don’t get me wrong. He would flash on occasion, for example, on punt returns with quick tackles. Just should never have been drafted.

Agree. I wasn't sure what made us draft speed. He is a faster Myles Bryant who probably does only ST . I think he is strict PS just to get on ST if somebody gets injured.

Yours is the best so far. But you have Atonio Mafi as OT and Sidy Sow as a OG.

And no Anderson at OT? No Riley Reiff? That makes sense with him being 35.

I like the STer from Appalachian State instead of Speed.

On Mafi and Sow I believe that's where they have been playing at camp? Could have them mixed up.

Anderson is on the NFI illness, who knows what that is but it can't be good. Predicting Reiff gets beat out.
