You need to dig deeper on which Patriots coaches have six rings. Dante Scarnecchia has five rings - he was retired in 2014 when the Pats beat the Seahawks. **** Coury did not coach in San Diego with Don Coryell.

The way he expresses those opinions sometimes makes me worry for his coronary health. But if we banished everyone for over the top opinions we'd have a pretty empty board.

There is a difference between "Over-the-top" opinions and someone who is constantly trolling. Stone is the later.

One can be a Pats Fan and a complete Narcissist. I don't think those things are mutually exclusive. Sure some fans can't say one positive thing about their team or the players but they do want them to win. It just makes it more difficult for one's blood pressure. He specifically (besides trolls) are the reason Ian added the ignore button.

See, when I think of "trolling", I think of someone who intentionally comes on a board with the intent of spewing opinions (usually that they don't even really believe) in order to get a rise out of the other posters. I think Captain genuinely believes what he's saying. I could be wrong, but I don't sense malicious intent there.

I agree. Trolling is when someone says something provocative to intentionally bait others into starting an argument. The Captain is never seeking an argument, he generally just hates everything the team does from a personnel standpoint for whatever reason. But he still wants them to succeed, despite that, which is more than I can say for the actual trolls here.
