For all those wondering why we traded up for Dawson, the two other leading slot CBs MJ Stewart and Donte Jackson went with te three pick bear us. There was a small run going on slot CBs. They clearly felt they couldn’t wait.

Looks to me like they pulled 3 starters with 3 picks, and gained a high 2nd in 2019 to go with it. Great draft so far.
