The turnaround of the Tampa Bay Bucs in the late nineties gets credited to Tony Dungy, but in reality that had a whole lot more to do with Monte Kiffin. His Tampa Two was a defensive answer to the West Coast Offense, and it took a while for opposing offenses to figure out how to react - such as sending a tight end deep down the seam. That defense certainly benefitted from great players at all depths (Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, John Lynch and Ronde Barber), but it also had a great defensive coordinator putting it all together.
