This is my first time listening to Brady since Wk1, I like him so much better today as a commentator
He just needed the reps.

baltimore really getting after dak

AYY Van Noy is still making an impact

That Dallas secondary wants none of Henry

OT Guyton was Dallas' 1st round choice this year at 27 I think. He looks like a turnstyle out there today. None of the OT's picked ahead of Wallace have played any better than he has except probably Alt, and even he got beat several times today in the Chargers loss.

So, with Caroliona and the Giants winnimg, the, uhhhh, first draft pick is still, you know, not, uhhhh, out of the question. (Watching SF?)

If current results hold, and even if Chiefs Bills and Bengals win later, Patriots should still be the 7 seed. They’ll probably lose it with a loss next week, but if they swap in Maye in week 5 and start winning a few games, they have room to get back into playoff contention fairly easily.
So, what is it? #1 pick or playoffs? I'm confused...

Well looks like with Dalton, the Panthers might not be in the cellar for too long

Don’t, like, shoot the messenger, man.

Think Jerry wants a redo on this Dak contract? He probably would like a redo on a bunch of decisions post Jimmy Johnson.

I think Kevin O’Connell probably believes he can make any quarterback look good.
JJ looked good, but I think you have to have Darnold back because he didn’t get a chance to play much

I do think certain coaches are just so good they make quarterbacks look better than they are.
Boy we could use one.

Yeah these deals don’t look so wise a few weeks in lol. Especially Dak

I knew Carolina had talented WR's and it was proven Today. Bench Brissett like how Carolina benched Bryce Young and you'll see how good our WRs are. Suggesting for a friend.

Guyton was “overdrafted” as much as so many OT prospects are every year. It reflects a league wide issue, there are very few elite LTs in the NFL right now. Most of the guys drafted in the past few years have not been all that good, other than Wirfs for the Bucs and arguably Thomas for the Giants.

I watched Alt a bit today, he was decent going against Watt, but gave up a sack at a critical part of the game. I also watched Fuaga for the Saints looking mediocre. Fashanu isn’t playing for the Jets, Fautanu is on IR after struggling for the Steelers, I don’t know how Latham is doing for the Titans.

I’d love to see the Pats wind up drafting Campbell next spring, he is an excellent prospect, better than Alt or anyone in this year’s draft right now IMHO. If the Pats have the right coaching in place they don’t necessarily need to spend a top 5 pick on an OT. If they don’t then they can spend their top 2 picks next year and be in the same lousy position again.
