I just wanted to say that “there’s a possibility we would do the right thing” is pretty damn funny. I mean, that’s inspirational confidence there.
No kidding. What does that mean?

interesting. Stid was on the roster with Mac and Cam for a while right?

So Mac Beat out Stid and Cam.
No, he didn't beat out Stid, don't believe they ever competed.

If McDaniels starts Stidham over the final two weeks then he should be stripped of his head coaching status by the league. Both conferences can hate McDaniels for forfeiting games that several teams are watching closely. The 49ers could still jump ahead of the Vikings in the seeding which would absolutely doom the Vikings in the postseason (having to play @SFO instead). Kansas City travels to Vegas in week 18 and the outcome of that game likely will impact the AFC seeding at the top. I get it, Carr sucks right now, but starting Stidham is equivalent to forfeiting games.
What I find fascinating/annoying is that KC has played a much easier schedule (AFCS and NFCW) than any other AFC division and lost to both Buffalo and Cincy, yet if Cincy beats Buffalo this week they're almost a lock for the top seed. KC really is blessed.

Just another example of the stupidity of the extremely unbalanced schedules that teams play. That and the fact that we could have multiple teams in the playoffs with .500 or worse records.

Isn't that what got Pederson fired?

It's weird how that season ended for them... I still feel that there was some sort of power struggle inside their building between Roseman & Dougie, so it might've been more that than a this QB vs that QB kind of thing...

Yep, a 14-team PO system really sucks.
Mediocrity should've been eliminated already (except in the case of a bad division where someone has to win it).

NFL is turning into the f ucking NBA... Which has been the Plan for a while now, unfortunately.

Sort of the anti Lake Wobegon. In Rogerland everyone is below average. And why would Goodell think that is anomalous? After all, it's certainly the case within the halls of NYJFL.

I wonder if they are looking for a trade , Carr wasn't fantastic but he looked legit many times.

McDaniels can't survive another year without results, how is he going to achieve that with a rookie or cast off QB?

Timmy has a shot at the Raiders QB job next year, but I can' t see him competing successfully in a division with Mahomes and Herbert.

He was hurt,
Prior to that Kraft was saying he was impressed with his leadership.
The f.uck was Kraft supposed to say? He sucks, but he saw Stid in the showers and he’s packing a hammer? Of course Kraft was going to say something like that. Kraft also has the look of a man who barely has a grasp on reality anymore.

Isnt the big reason Adams wanted to play for the Raiders because of his relationship with Carr? This move seems to play with fire.

Adams has been watching Carr cost the team games all season.

The Raiders need to focus on the OL and the defense. Because so many of today's starting QBs are too young to be moved on from unless it's a Jets-like scenario, the incoming QB class will likely push some legitimate NFL qbs to the market (Think JAG for a prime example).

I believe Stidham is the NFL record holder for fastest to 5 INTs to start his career beating Nathan Peterman’s old record.

Mac and Zappe > Stiddy
