Video: Tom Brady talks about the Bucs coming back from 10 points down in the second half for a hard-fought road win over the Colts.
Video: Tom Brady talks about getting to video chat with a high school basketball team from Michigan after they accidentally invited Bucs corner @seanbunting_
into their group chat. Our story:
Strange game for Bucs offense, which converted only two third downs but still had 28 first downs gained on offense. Most first downs for any NFL team this year with 2 or fewer third-down conversions is 24. Most in Bucs history before today: 22.
Bucs won despite not having a catch by a wide receiver gain more than 10 yards the entire game. Brady threw 12 passes to receivers today, netting eight catches for 49 yards. Gronkowski (seven for 123 yards) helped offset that. (Miller's DPI flag drew 37 as well)
Rob Gronkowski's 123 receiving yards today not only led the Bucs, but it marks his single-game high since coming to Tampa Bay and his most in any game since he had the same in Week 1 in 2018.
Tom Brady has a long history with the Colts, and since 2010, he was 8-0 against Indianapolis coming into today's game. Today's 38 points are actually less than the 40.4 points per game his teams were averaging in those last eight wins.
The only games the Packers can potentially lose are @ Baltimore,vs Cleveland (if the good version of the Brownies show up) and then there's Minnesota (who already beat them and will most likely get steamrolled @ Lambeau Field)Bucs are gonna need the Packers to drop a game no one expects them to now because they’ll be pretty heavily favored every week going forward. Unfortunate that the Bucs blew the game in New Orleans.
Bucs now have a full three-game lead atop the NFC South with six games remaining. Packers are the only team with a larger lead.
Bucs win their next three, they clinch the NFC South on Dec. 19 with a win at home against Saints, with three weeks still left in the season.
Ya but to take it from Buffalo this year would be extremely sweet.I know Bucs fans aren’t used to Division Titles so that is a big deal but lol my spoiled ass couldn’t care less, the division is done it’s all about that bye week now.
I don’t believe this story. If true that’s an indictment on the GM to not move up to grab Taylor when he was still available in the 2nd round. He literally went a few picks before Tampa took Winfield.
Evans still requires the defense to devote double coverage or a good corner on him.
That pick by Winfield was simply awesome.Ya and it’s Winfield > Taylor’s everyday
Rodgers may get surgery on his toe this week as Packers are on the bye. If he does, I assume he may miss a game or two.
Presumably, the goal of any surgical procedure would be to allow him to play in Week 14, when the Packers host the Bears on Sunday Night Football.
Well Bucs fans needs Baltimore to knock of the Packers! As for the Ratbirds, they'll drop another game or 2 along the way that brutal schedule! I wouldn't be least bit of surprised if they lose to the Squealers next Sunday! All the Pats has to do is hold up on their end! You'd better hope not. Patriots fans need the Packers to beat Baltimore. Otherwise, we don't get the bye because there are very few teams left on Baltimore's schedule capable of beating them.
Aaron Rodgers to decide on possible toe surgery in the morning
