OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Taylor went in the second round that’s a far move to the 14th pick
I don’t believe this story. If true that’s an indictment on the GM to not move up to grab Taylor when he was still available in the 2nd round. He literally went a few picks before Tampa took Winfield.

fk… Brady’s mvp chances took a big hit today with the backs getting 3 goal line td’s

That's why u get down u idiots

I don’t think so. No one is having a historic season, so I think the Win is huge. A Loss there and I think he’s just another guy in the race. He won’t improve his MVP odds but at least holds serve.

Remember when people thought the Bucs offense was figured out? Yeah that was fun while it lasted wasn’t it. Lol

When healthy Brady and that offense won’t be stopped. I think I’m almost ready to predict again they they’re going all the way. Let’s see what happens against the Bills.

That game was really exciting to watch. Loved the way the defense got in Wentz head in the second half. Game changing plays by Barrett and Winfield. What a run by Lenny at the end! I really do love watching the Bucs offense when they get in a groove. I think this win pretty much wraps up the division.

Want to see Rams win the late game so the Bucs can be the #2 seed.

Not at all. It’s a runaway and Brady is getting smaller and smaller if you know what I mean

Yeah. The Win is what mattered most. He is at 30 Tds now.

Winfield was the better pick.

In terms of first round, Taylor would have been an atrocious value pick there, which is proven by where he was picked.

Anyone else notice those enormous holes the Colts line opened up all game? I didn’t see Taylor do much beyond hitting the holes…not really that hard to bring down or and not that elusive. Fournette did a lot more after the contact and plowing into guys to move the pile forward.

Taylor is solid…don’t get me wrong. But he wouldn’t be close to this successful on 25 other teams. The Colts line is the outlier.

If he was really THAT guy, they would not have went away from him the entire second half with a 10 point lead until the final drive.

Aaron Rodgers threw 4 TDs and 0 picks and lost last week. I think Brady would take 1 TD and 1 Pick in a road win against a good team.

What was that gameplan? It worked, mostly…were the Colts just playing a light box all game? Do they have a lights out secondary? I like when they throw more to RBs and TEs, but it was surprising how little they threw downfield.

I wonder if the Evans injury had them using him as a decoy. Evans and Godwin just kept bringing the defense back.

Colts in Indy are a very tough out. There’s no style points, getting a win was all that mattered.
And both Miller and Brate will have to stay after school in detention for mental mistakes...

Brady went deep twice to Miller. Pick on one and a PI on the other that led to a TD. Deep throws were not there. Colts I think played a lot of cover 2. The under stuff was there all day especially to the TEs. Brady carved them up.

It would be better for the Bucs if the Rams win today BUT them losing against would be really funny because they have no future. They went all in this year and it might completely blow up in their face.
