I don't think there is one fiber in Brady that misses the Pats.

Doubt thats true. I think Brady figured out there is more than one way to win. If Bill was coach, all those receivers would not be here and he would be throwing to guys that he found at the bottom of a practice squad. Some of those contracts would not exist either, including his, Bill would try to win with Trask.

I'm not referring to GM or roster moves. With the roster the Bucs have right now they be undefeated or at least just 1 loss with Belichick as the coach.

Bill is GM, so he woudl change how its made up. You cant take what Bill does and add someone elses players that they got. Bill cannot coach injuries either. Injuries have hurt them this year. If pats lost their entire secondary, their best TE, two receivers they would have more than 4 losses.

Or Brady who is a member of the Bucs who would say the same. He left for a reason, I think he is doing just fine. So since this is what Brady thinks and not a board guy who hates Brady, thats more than likely what Brady thinks.

If you don't think Brady even misses the Patriots a little bit, you are not a real Pats fan. He was here for 20 years and said he's going to be part of the community once he retires. And if Brady hates NE so much, why do you still like him? Your loyalty should be with the Pats and not to one any individual player.

The coaching staff & us fans expected better from the on paper solid depth TE position, Brate and especially Howard. Nobody counted on Gronk being available each week.

Of course not. Bill is not stupid enough to put all his money into a team that will be good for 2-3 years. He's not desperate like Tampa. And he sure as hell wouldn't spend a 2nd rounder on a kicker like Licked.

Very difficult to overcome injuries. Many promising Patriot seasons from 2005-2013 were torpedoed by injuries.

They literally brought back every starter from the superbowl team. lol How is it biting them, they are 6-3 and those players are coming back. So now you are predicting that injuries will keep happening?

Look at all the lottery picks they used to build that roster though. Evans, Howard, Wirfs, White, Vea. Then picking again in the early second round. Licht has done a tremendous job, but this has been years in the making with advantageous draft position.

And in terms of “staying on top” which is a lot harder than getting there, I think TB has been much like every other team (besides BB) with some bad conventional wisdom about how to maintain a contending roster. I get that their window is shorter, but “keeping the band together” isn’t always the best move if there are better options available and/or a player is aging and may fall off. A championship doesn’t mean the roster is perfect.

Not a fan of the Barrett extension, not aggressively looking to upgrade the secondary, and the silly Kyle Trask throwaway pick. Hope they still have enough funds for Godwin.
