OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

This is by far more embarrassing than absolutely anything Tom Sr has done.

What about the million forward handoffs for touchdowns? Should those be runs?

Funny how all his shovel passes count as TD passes.

If Mahomes is anything like his wife and mother, I’ll enjoy the train wreck coming. All those two do is ***** and moan about the refs. Now subtle digs at teammates too.

Really really good that Bucs have the tie breaker over the Cowboys.
They would beat them in a rematch too...we forget the Bucs had 4 turnovers that game and still won

Yeah, but Dallas is the real deal and Bucs D better be at the top of their game. Dak was mostly a game manager the first 3 years but became elite in his 4th year.

Watching the game, you could see the confidence in how the Dallas O plays. It was a mistake not trying to tack points at the end of the half and not going for it in O/T. Can't give the ball back to the best or 2nd best (behind Bucs) offense in football, especially in today's NFL where defences have one hand tied to it's back.

The end of the half vs Dallas was a flashback of the 2018 AFC playoff vs the Jags. Score was 14-10 Jags at the half. Jags got the ball last minute and chose to kneel instead of trying to score. The Pat's were the hunter and the Jags were the hunted.

Nowadays, it is the Pat's not trying to score with a 14-10 lead with the ball and a minute left in the half. They lost the killer instinct and became the hunted when Brady left.

They were doing the same thing with Brady in 2019. I don't know why Bill lost his nerve.

I guess there’s no doubt the “motherf****r” was Jimmy G.

The 49ers had two chances to get the GOAT and they twice chose an Italian-American stud, not fit to clean his cleats, over him.

One would think, Shanahan himself would have realized the greatness and the intangibles Brady brings to the table but perhaps not.

On the other hand, Arians and Licht appreciated, valued and trusted Brady completely, they didn’t hide their enthusiasm, and they deserve all the success they’ve had ever since.
What does that say about Bill? He had a chance to keep Brady but decided he didn't want him.

Great question.

I noticed in the article that there was a comment that in baseball an official scorer can rule a hit ball as an error and it doesn't count against the pitcher. True, that does happen, but it seems that plenty of hit balls are called hits when they're errors. There were at least two of those in last night's LA/Atlanta playoff game, including the game winning hit.

So what would be the sports media reaction to Brady screaming “I OWN YOU” to Bills fans in the stands?

How would you like to pick the three starting QBs for the NFC pro bowl roster? Five MVP candidates (maybe not Rodgers, but the Packers are 5-1)

Brady
Murray
Prescott
Rodgers
Stafford
