Has Kolb actually played in a meaningful game (not preseason), if so how did he do? Evidently the Eagles feel they have the next TB, but I can't for the life of me recall seeing ANY highlights of Kolb.

What does this mean for the Patriots?

The Eagles have the 36th pick now, If I'm correct. The only player I fear they could snipe is Toby Gerhart or a sliding RB, they don't need pass rushing or WR help.

They need OL i believe. Maybe Saffold?

Reid is treading in some dangerous waters. The fans in Philly will be holding their torches, and pitchforks in hand by week 3. He is in a no win situation, as far as this year is concerned.

Half the Fans in Philly didn't like or respect what Donavan brang to the table anyways.

Also I heard Ried was working with Donavan to send him to a place he wanted to got, which is why he didn't go to the Raiders or Bills.

Buffalo is pretty much guarenteed Bradford or Clausen, another young QB to pound.

Personally I would love to see McNabb hand Philly their a** this year.

In 2 games vs. the chiefs and saints he threw for over 700 yards 4 TD's and 3 picks.

Also they think he's gonna be the next Aarron Rodgers not TB.

Kolb is a good quarterback and has potential to become like Aaron Rodgers.

But Mcnabb had a lot of respect and was a proven leader.

I think the Redskins got a great deal out of this.
Major upgrade for the Skins.

Redskins would have been better off using #37 on the best QB available ... even if would be Tebow. McNabb is an above average QB who cannot win under pressure ... what are the Skins thinking???

By comparison to this, Belichick's trade for Matt Cassel for the 34th pick last year should now be seen in a very good light.

Simply amazing how little philadelphia got for McNabb, a proven top 10 quarterback. Well if everyone knows you want to move someone, be prepared to sell at distress prices.

Well I guess that's something, but we'll see how he does now that everyone has time to break down his film, and prepare for a full year of him as the starter.

Clearly, the Redskins were freaking out that they'd only traded away one of their picks this year. Picking 6 whole players was too much pressure to contemplate. Now they're back to just 1 pick in the first 3 rounds, like always.

For once, though, they've made a smart move. With Shanahan bringing a new attitude, this could be a mighty interesting year for the Redskins. (And better yet, an "interesting" year for Oakland.)

Yeah, this has a domino affect all through the top of the draft. Some felt that Washington would look to trade up to draft a QB, perhaps with Detroit or Tampa Bay. Now the #2, #3, and #4 slots are held by teams that are not looking for a QB. If the Rams decide to pick Suh, then Bradford could slip to 5th or beyond.

It will be interesting to see what KC, Seattle, Cleveland, Oakland, Buffalo and Jacksonville do with picks 5-10.
