Better than it's ever been, actually. Even pre-injury. I followed the PT's advice to a tee. Now I have to get the back figured out.

Jesus I know that scenario. I went through knee, shoulder, and back physical therapy over a year and a half. Sucks but it pays off, now I'm primarily using hot power yoga to address all 3 at the same time. Good luck with it.
