So who does Dallas think they can get that will be the difference in what they're missing? Isn't McCarthy supposed to be an offensive wizzard? So, how is the issue the OC when the entire world knows the proven culprit of the Cowboys collapses has been play clock and game management decisions.

Boyer coached on the Pats.
Gregory played for the Pats.
McKenzie was a Pats draft pick who tore his ACL in Mini Camp.
Ferentz is the brother of James Ferentz and son of former BB coach, Kirk Ferentz.

In my mind and in many others, Steve Gregory will always be remembered as the guy who recovered the Butt Fumble.

On Thanksgiving Night—November 22, 2012—Gregory had a primary role in the Patriots' victory over his home-town team, the New York Jets. In the game, Gregory had an interception, 2 recovered fumbles (one leading to a touchdown, during the now infamous butt fumble play),[3] 5 tackles, and 1 pass deflection. At the end of the game, on the national NBC broadcast, Gregory was awarded the traditional Thanksgiving award, along with teammates Tom Brady and Vince Wilfork.

It's the only performance specifically called out on his Wikipedia page:

Coaching Moves:
Dallas : After saying that Moore and Quinn would be staying, Moore was let go.
Miami : Hired Vic Fangio as a DC
Jets: Hired Nathaniel Hackett as OC
Rams: Hired Mike LaFleur as OC.
Chargers: Hired Kellen Moore as OC.

Sean Payton to Denver pending compensation to NO.

Dolphins fans may have been celebrating the Fangio hire too soon. His side was adamant that nothing had been agreed to yet, and the 49ers seem like the much more attractive option.

That's interesting
He's a great playcaller wonder if he can fix Wilson
Wilson will look much better next year in Payton’s offense. I think we will see something close to what we expected from the Denver offense before the year began.

Ryans needs to brace himself for a really really bad initiation to the head coaching ranks.

Wow. The Broncos had a low first this year but I don't see the being that great in 2023 so the Saints will love that second rounder in 2024.

I thought there were reports the Saints wanted a 2nd for Payton. Bidding war of sorts?
