Serious question. how does Tebow have over 100 QB rating ting in games with 2-8 (25%) or 4-10 passing?

The 2-8 game, he had a 0% INT%, 12.5% TD%, and over 8yrd/attempt. All of those are good. The completion% was the only poor part that goes into QB rating.
