72 / 2 = 36. Plus 7 = 43.

He's likely going to still want GM powers but you probably get Josh and Stephen so the assistants would be good. And the GM stuff is a little overblown he wants final say so there's no confusion on who's in charge but he always let Pioli and Caserio do their thing. His assistants too. I think he demanded a lot and because he and Ernie are savants you really had to be on your Ps and Qs but you don't really here from his guys that they were ever held back or didn't have input.
