Not guilty means no $3 million in cap relief for Pats.. IIRC the conviction would have meant when he signed his extension, he was in breach stating he had done nothing that would prevent him from performing for the team.. ( I e killed someone that could expose him to a
Conviction)
Hard to argue being in prison for life doesn't impact his ability to perform. Stranger arguments have worked in court. Maybe Exponent can do an experiment to test it?I think the gun charge might be enough.
he'd better call saulHere's the Patriots' official statement on the matter
So he claims he was the driver of the car from which these people were shot by his accomplice and in which he drove the person he said shot them away? I am pretty sure this would do as well.I think the gun charge might be enough.
Scumbag's still going to be incarcerated the rest of his life regardless.
More importantly, who the hell are the 6 people in the poll who think he's innocent?
Wait, he's one for three...that's good, in baseball.
Is he though?
Wasn't the whole Lloyd case based off of AH killing lloyd because he was gonna "rat" out AH for these killings?
Well he was just found not guilty of the double murder. Doesn't that throw out this case? I'm honestly asking.

I hope to god that you never serve on any kind of jury.
I'm pretty sure this is the 6th or 7th case where he represented a first degree homicide case and got the person off of that specific charge.Just curious - has Baez done something in particular beyond representing AH to earn your judgment of eternal damnation?
Edit: just read earlier in the thread where you mentioned that Baez represented Casey Anthony.
I wouldn't be remotely surprised to learn that he can easily split himself into 6 separate people.Jose Baez?
