I'm beginning to notice a trend for people who bet 1k on a sporting event. Thank God I can't afford to lose that kind of money (he said sarcastically).

$300 a game was my thing for years. I'm single now and my last child support payment went out 9/1 so I had been planning to celebrate with a Patriots-funded um, visit to a local establishment for entrepreneurial-minded women. Budgeted for it this summer and everything.

It was fun to place the bet and it is what it is, I'm still way ahead thanks to this team being pretty great against the spread, so I can't complain.

It's cool. I really didn't "need" the money. But its still 2K and the principle. I work everyday in local 22 so while I'll never be "rich" I'm def not hurting for money.

I reported one post, but this is ridiculous. Fourier made a bet with bgc on the mcgregor fight for $2000. He ignored him and refuses to pay. (They had a long discussion about the bet being for real)
Now he has come back to the board and is making a joke about it. I'm sure he just is a blowhard and doesn't even have the money but what he is doing is ridiculous.
This guy is classless and this board does not need this.
Just read his posts from the last few days.
If he is not banned permanently I am going to cancel my account and no longer come to this board. I don't want to be part of a board that will have him on it.
