Game Day Thread Official Wk3 Pre-Season Game Day Thread @Panthers.

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Time to make the....
Serve with Jacoby's briskit:

Brissett is impressive in the role he is in tonight.,,.shows a lot of poise and pocket presence...great job tonight

He was reportedly available for a 2nd...

A 2nd is a lot to give up for him. He could easily get in trouble again.

That being said it is tempting.

Offense will change if/when Brissett becomes the guy. More a downfield guy than a quick touch passer.
I like Brissett's potential way more then Grop's ...
not a knock on Grop but Brissett to me looks like the real deal.

I might be only one but I'm not overly impressed with white and would not be surprised to see Bolden go too (might only be saved by ST value)

Let me start by saying we haven't, and wont see Foster take any meaningful snaps. That said, his ceiling is lightyears above White's. While he may not have the between the tackles vision of say woodhead (in his prime, on draws...i miss that. Faulk as well), he seems to have the athletic ability to be able to develop it.

I was high on this kid after reading manx's take on him, and then the Twitter vids of him simply running through drills early in TC. He is way to quick not to get a look, and to me would be closer to a true Lewis replacement than White.

White cant run worth **** unless he has open space.

While on the rb topic, Gaffney looked head and shoulders above Blount, and showed some pop at contact, which was missing the first 2 games.

Gaffney is still on the sideline. I am sure he is fine. RBs get bumps and bruises all the time.

JG has a really tough job coming up; replace the GOAT for four games to start the season with all eyes watching, while he has a very talented rookie breathing down his neck.

I hope Jimmy is up to the challenge.

He has real poise. Can see why Parcells was such a fan.

I hold my breath every time we show Foster. Not for fear of an injury but fear of a 80 yard TD play...

Gaffney back in. Just had to walk it off.

Very small sample here on both these guys especially Brissett...got to give it a little more time

True we have much better weed around here than they have down in Ohio...

True, but it is also true that the best players show signs of it early.

Foster is showing really good open field vision & acceleration. Choo choo.

I need them to make Lucein drop a bunch of passes so we can get him through waivers onto the practice squad
