I never thought Mallett was good. Very average.

Fair point. I remember Sudfeld tearing up camp and not doing much in preseason games besides 1 TD catch. Not sure though.

I feel like we always say this, but a fast start in that game will be absolutely critical. Even if it's just taking the ball first and putting up some kind of points, even a field goal
