The draw play was actually going exceptionally well, Stevenson only had one or two more guys to beat. Don't get it.
clock was 00s . it had no chance unless he ended up in the EZ

Doesn't explain the first lateral from Stevenson. I somehow doubt he went rogue.

Patricia was on the sidelines clapping in video.
I kinda think they are just taking the heat because they are afraid of Patricia getting it.

Whoever said it was right - Meyers (and the rest of the skill positions) don't trust the O coaches AT ALL.
They're frustrated with the pathetic passing offense. That said, there were a lot of bad drops and bad throws and bad play calls.

Mac got two TD's that should have won the game. He made two more throws that would have put them in FG range which would have won the game.

He did enough to win that game. Even if you ignore all that, and just watch the game.... at worst he made the big pass that set up the go ahead TD and the defense **** the bed and he got screwed.

If you can go through 4 individual game changing plays the QB got hosed on by his coaches or teammates and all 4 would have won the game... and the QB should have had the game won without them... you can't blame the QB. Carr deserved to win less.
He was 13/31/131/0 tell me again how good he did, I can't see it there, and I didn't see it on my screen...and it's a big screen, I'dve seen it.

Mac Jones on the night - 13/31 for 112 yards and no TDs. Blame the OC all you want but those are bottom 5 QB numbers.
He’s probably a bottom 10 qb right now unfortunately.

Nobody in the league is expecting their QB to be in a tackling drill with Chandler Jones.
No, it was not that. CJ extended up for the ball. His body is exposed. MJ doesn’t need to tackle him. Just hold onto a leg. Help will be coming.

Mac wasn't his best today but the WR play really let him down. The offense already needs a miracle to make a couple first downs... when our WRs can't make league average plays it's impossible.

Used to be fun - they weren't the best or the fastest or most athletic but they were disciplined and smart and that more than made up for their slightly lesser talent.

Now they're not only less talented, but also not disciplined nor smart. How did we get here?
Bill forced Brady out, that's how we got here....Brady covered up for Bill the Coach/GMs shortcomings for years

All true. And Mac played well, well, for Mac. But he is not getting it done. His job is this: get TDs. That’s what he is not very good at doing.
He got two TD's. His coach and his teammate took both away. What is he supposed to win the game when his coach and teammates are playing against him as hard as the Raiders?

Tom Brady isn't walking through that door. And if he did, it would be a 2019 situation and half this board would be mad at him... again

This is so strange. For 20 years we have (rightfully) praised Belichick for putting his players in the best position to succeed. To coach them to have awareness in any situation. To play SMART football. That was as dumb as it gets. And your take is the coaches don't have anything to do with it.
This was so dumb I don’t think the coaches thought they had to warn against it. It’s like “don’t drink horse dewormer” dumb.

What's lost in all this is Bill took 4 points off the board calling his second time out with over 12 mins to go in the second half just so they could change the play to a pass over the middle into traffic and batted down.

The refs got the TD wrong but you didn't watch the game if you don't think the Pats really **** all over them self.

I think the culmination of the last 6 weeks would get almost any coach fired. That's the kind of ball they been playing.

Great loss. Pats draft pick will be much higher. They will be able to trade down for 2!! 3rd round safetys!

We have the cap and as long as Wolf and Groh are here I think this can be fixed.
Let’s start scouting possible Ocs or Hcs.

He had 3 Raiders to beat with no blocking in front of him (Agholor was closest). Play should have been over.

What did Meyers think Jones was going to do with the ball even if he had caught it?
Knowing Mac, probably throw an INT or incompletion.

It was just as good a play as a hail Mary, about the same odds only safer, unless you do something stupid.

Bill was asked about a Hail Mary on the last play, Bill said we couldn‘t throw it that far.
