Somewhere @Triumph is smiling over the board's Jimmy G talk after giving him a hard time. Lol.
MAC is not the guy.
The arm is not there. Tom House must be going blind.

The defense wasn’t excellent. The two playmakers on Miami’s made plays, the rest of that team is trash. The defense looked competent and the offense looked incomplete.
They should be able to handle horrible offenses like theirs on defense with no problem, but they’ll get handled pretty easily by top ten offenses.

To put things into perspective, the wild fires in CA are a disaster. The Dolphins game looked like a fourth preseason game - some good, some bad, and lots of issues to address.
The play calling was not the issue on offense. It was execution.
The OL had it share of problems, but was better than expected. The running game was fine. The tight ends did a good job, blocking and receiving. The passing game needs to develop a way to get some long yardage plays they can count on. This offense is not good enough to overcome turnovers.
The defense was good to excellent. Only gave up ten points and put pressure on the QB consistently. Tyreke Hill is a rocket and an extraordinary talent that must be accounted for every second. The corners did a pretty good job today but have lots of room for improvement.
The Patriots must take a big step forward in the coming week, but overall it was better than expected. Tough week one on the road but there is a lot to build on here.
Disagree. There's velocity on it. Not a rainbow. It got there quick. It's still a rainbow and did not notice high velocity in it . It seems to be the only long throw Mac is able to do.
You know who I didn't notice much of today was Christian Barmore.....the defense was fine except for q or 2 plays, not sure if his name got called at all.
I guess the "I hope Mac chokes and Zappe takes over" is already too muchI haven't seen enough of his posts for him to make any strong impression yet.
There's a lot of denial going on about this game, when acceptance and understanding of context would be the better way to go.
Yep, it’s very pedestrian and I think it’s going to be his downfall.MAC is not the guy.

Oof body language is that of a man in a lot of pain.
Mac Jones's arm looks plenty strong on this throw to Bourne:
I continue to say that Jones's problems are not reading the defense right and not making decisions quickly, the things you would expect from some who's been in the NFL for 18 games. Not worried about his arm.
Did you expect Trent Brown to be whistling Zippitty-doo-da as he lets his QB get drilled? I was shocked how poorly Brown played. The OL had it share of problems, but was better than expected. The running game was fine.
Throwing flat foot. off the back foot, lobbing the ball like a hand grenade.Yep, it’s very pedestrian and I think it’s going to be his downfall.
Strange...no other O lineman stood out to you as an absolute POS waste?Did you expect Trent Brown to be whistling Zippitty-doo-da as he lets his QB get drilled? I was shocked how poorly Brown played.
They don’t seem to have an identity on offense. They are not built to help his limitations as he can not throw his way out of a deficit. OL is not good. Too much musical chairs at RB. No playmakers at WR.MAC could be “the guy” if they had a top five RB and TE combo and an all world defense. But he’s a bottom half of the league QB with mediocre weapons around him
So? STFU.Bill Belichick takes ‘responsibility for everything’ that happens to New England Patriots offense in 2022
