Couple thoughts...first off Im sure some folks here have had a AC separation, I have...they suck, it hurt a lot and I was suspect that JG could come back from it this quickly. As far as JB starting, I think thats a tough one for Rex, blitz blitz blitz leaves room for JB to move...or run a modified read option maybe. I think it makes this game tougher but tomorrow we get TB12 back either 4-0 or 3-1. I still think Pats win today.
At the same time, the fact that pats also had to prepare two plans for two different QBs not knowing who is going to start doesnt help their plans either.

Yea we should win, our defense can hold their offense and their defense is missing some starters do to injury so its not the same Bills D from last year so we good on paper right now even with JB
Jeeze, two weeks of rest and he still won't play in basically his final audition of the season?
I don't wanna call Jimmy "glass" yet, but when you compare the fact that Brady NEVER missed a game in fifteen years due to injury (besides the ACL year), it's a pretty telling sight to behold....
This is actually good for us this year because you never know if you might need Jimmy later in the year if Brady goes down. It's better for Jimmy to rest and get to 100%. We don't really need this game.3-1 when Brady comes back works out well. Plus we get JB some real reps.
not shocked Jacoby is starting, people seemed to be assuming Jimmy would just be ready to go after two weeks with an injury that generally takes longer than that to heal. But im sure if we lose someone will call Jimmy soft for not starting
I think it is about risk...since the AC joint is already weak it wouldnt take a lot of to completely tear it out, that requires a major surgery and about 6-8 months recovery at best. I had a grade 2 and it took about 6 months to feel "good". I couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder for about 2 months. I rode my dirt bike about a month later but it wasn't fun.
Anyway that is all my injury comments today...on to the game.

Just disappointing, especially when compared to the fact that Brady has played through the pain of this same injury a few times and still never missed a snap.
Guess we all underestimate how tough TB12 actually is.
Wow. Garoppolo misses a whopping 2 games with an injury to his throwing shoulder -- an injury where every medical description says that throwing a football will be one of the slowest activities to return to at strength -- and the board decides he has a fatal character flaw?

They are crazy. I honestly can't believe some of the BS being posted about this. Christ it was always a long shot of him playing ever since his diagnosis was released and these people are acting like he went home with a headache. Not to mention it wasnt even his decision not to play but the teams and he's taking all the blame
