Jags have had a really good draft

From Jerry Thornton
"It might have been easy to dismiss Dugger's explosive tackling, cover skills, size and speed when he was doing it all in Hickory, NC. But as South Bend learned the hard way at the Butler Field House in 1954, don't ever underestimate the guys from Hickory. More to the point, so did everyone at the Senior Bowl where Duggan looked just as dominant. He's got range, he's the flat out best hitter in the 2020 safety class. And versatile enough he could probably transfer his skills to the corner, though he's said no teams he's met with have mentioned that. Oh, and if you like touchdowns without having your offense on the field, he did a lot of that too, with six career punt return TDs. He's expected to be a Round 2 pick, and he'll be one of the most interest picks regardless of where he ends up."

LOL please, remove Bills balls from your mouth.

He just drafted a 24 year old, 6 year college playing D2 special teamer in the second. It’s a bust pick at #37 and not defendable in the slightest.

24?

If he isnt a day 1 starter this is already a joke.

Anyone know what happened to Miguel’s cap page? I can’t find it on BSJ???

30 minutes ago I woulda thought Lenoir Rhyne was a french drama film

God this really is the emo draft.

I like the pick. Not just an athletic freak. Play Safety and Coverage LB. Smart kid who studied Engineering and Physics. We will see.
It’s a risky pick that could have waited but it’s done. The team has a ton of picks left so hopefully it will come out being a luxury.

Cool. Kmet is off the board. Pats don't need a TE anyways.

I don't want to do anything remotely like grading/critiquing this pick until I see what gets done with the other picks in rounds 2-3, because this is where "all those players are the same" this year, so I want to see how the picks all play out.

It's another Cunningham situation, to me.

welp..there goes shenault and kmet

I think we need more of an assertive opinion out of you, TB...far too tepid so far...step it up

Cole Kmet plays slow, can't get open against linebackers in man coverage in college, isn't much of a blocker, and runs high so will have a short career a la Tyler Eifert. He's got a pretty body though.

Missing on/ignoring TE position over last several years is the closest to malpractice of BB NE tenure..

And this class is not changing that..

I would love to know how many of those knocking the Dugger pick have watched a second of Dugger tape.
