I guess I just don't understand why it's a do-over. Maybe don't put **** in the pathway of a punt which is play that typically happens multiple times per game? Does that give cart blanche for an owner to build a stadium with an even lower board? Sorry, no punting in my stadium, we only do drop kicks. You don't have a guy who can drop kick? Sucks for you.
