Joe Giles Harris?!?!? That ****ing stiff should NEVER have been that close to a "Final Cut."

Yeah I had Slater on there because I had all the “mostly ST guys” listed at their non-ST “positions”.Six.
While this is 100% true, it is also purely hypothetical in that there is a 0% chance that the other OTs beat out anyone worthy of a guaranteed salary. Why wouldn’t he be? And no, 4 million doesn’t guarantee a roster spot.
They will absolute eat the 4 million if a player is beaten out. Paying 4 million for a guy to sit on the bench is no different than paying 4 million for a guy to go home.
So Myles Bryant made the team again
Not shocking at all. There was nobody to take his place.
Think the 53 number is sort of their way of doing that with 25 for O and D, then 3 at those ST spots, rather than a nice even 50 or other number. Totally get your point though. The NFL should really add 3 extra roster spots that are designated for special teams only (K, P & LS) so they can avoid, to a degree, this kind of roster reshuffling.
That we didn’t have 3 starters from the class. So? What is your point? Some rookies were not full-time starters on the Patriots? That is business as usual.
Adrian Phillips? I always thought he was a lock. Unless I'm missing another PhillipsPhillips is in. Thought he might be on the bubble
Jesus, you are one miserable old man. You will literally ***** about anything, if it fits your anti-BB agenda.Joe Giles Harris?!?!? That ****ing stiff should NEVER have been that close to a "Final Cut."

Straight to IR candidates: Anderson, J. Andrews, TT, Wade, Roberts.
The kicker and tight ends were brutal misses but overall that’s one of Bill’s best drafts in a while. Not 3 starters in the first year.
For example, we have Uche, Dugger and Onwenu from the 2020 draft. Statistically, on average, that is a good draft but you would not know it around PatsFans.
Anderson practiced today according to reports. Plus, he would have missed 4 games if he stayed on the NFI list. Why activate him from the NFI then to just put him on IR and have to expose a player to waivers in the process?Roberts isn't injured, not is J. Andrews to our knowledge.
Reiff, Anderson and TT are the obvious candidates. Reiff and Anderson bring the OL down to a reasonable number.
