I think the Pats are going to have to be very good this year to compete in the AFC East l.

Now that you mentioned that... lolWe're talking about a 7th rounder
Why is he [Shaun Wade] still on this roster?.. I'd rather have Terrance Mitchell over him.. another head scratching trade that has netted us absolutely nothing from him..
We're talking about a 7th rounder
Oh ok so that's what we gave up for him?No, we're talking about a 5TH-rounder Plus a 7th.
@captain stoneOh ok so that's what we gave up for him?
@captain stone
It's just Wade is a mystery to me.. We've seen BB cut better players sooner.. what happened to the " availability is the best ability" theory.. guys been on IR more than he's been on the field.. I'd assume this is the last opportunity for him..
I've also made mention had Cyrus Jones, Dawson and or Williams had panned out or even became rotational guys we would be much deeper at CB.
Ohio St moved him outside and he got trashed, after looking like a 1st-round draft pick in the slot.Wade, for once, was healthy all year long... But he was mis-used as a Boundary CB. Dude's a Big Slot/Free Safety in the NFL, and should be given a Legit chance to succeed DMac there.
Yeah he has the size definitely, I can him being used as FS, he made have to add some size as you have to be able to make those open field tackles in that position.Wade, for once, was healthy all year long... If I was the Packers I would be sitting. Give us the 13th pick or he’s not coming. How badly do they need a 2nd round pick? Just hold him. Tell the Jets if they don’t give them 13 before the draft and they use it instead then the price becomes 2 first rounders in 2024 and 2025 after the draft. If they’re prepared to carry his salary for a while then they have all the leverage.Damn maybe it’s the Jets year
The flip side oh the Coin is that the Jets know the Packers don’t want him and he doesn’t want them.If I was the Packers I would be sitting. Give us the 13th pick or he’s not coming. Yeah he's about 6"1.. he should be already be a rotational player at CB.. I still believe he'll need to add muscle he's 190 should be around 215 playing safetyHe's already bigger than McCourty, so size shouldn't be an issue.
Yeah but that doesn’t mean they need to trade him. They can take a hard line stance and say “pay us what we want or he’ll hold a clipboard in Green Bay in 2023.” The Jets have built their team around Rodgers already and have promised their fans that he’s coming. I can’t imagine they’ll walk away from him now because “Green Bay wanted our 1st but we didn’t want to pay a 1st, so we just walked away and fielded a team and staff built for Rodgers with no Rodgers. Sorry we misled you guys. But at least we kept our pick!”The flip side oh the Coin is that the Jets know the Packers don’t want him and he doesn’t want them.
Jets were the only team that could honestly say a qb away.. that defensive front is ferocious.. now we will have to see Rodgers 2x a season.. no matter what AFC east is probably going to be the best division in NFL..Yeah but that doesn’t mean they need to trade him.
