This. He played a whole lot better last season than I was prepared to give him credit for. Older guy, though.

Two questions. How much money has he made? And what’s the condition of his body? His retirement if it should happen would be a big blow to the DL.
Yes, he was on a 2 yr/10 million deal with us.. he was a force on the D line last season very stout against the run.. huge blow from what he does on the field and the locker room.. if he retires.. we need to add depth on the defensive line.. the season is so grueling on players you need depth especially at this position. I'd like a nice rotation of guys so they are fresher and we can keep relentless pressure on QBs..

I'd use pick 14 on DL if not LT

The are probably going to go with left tackle.. (even if we can get Trent Brown out of retirement lol lol...) yeah depth in the secondary and D line we definitely need.

Yeah he's about 6"1.. he should be already be a rotational player at CB.. I still believe he'll need to add muscle he's 190 should be around 215 playing safety

McCourty Never played at that weight.

If I was the Packers I would be sitting. Give us the 13th pick or he’s not coming. How badly do they need a 2nd round pick? Just hold him. Tell the Jets if they don’t give them 13 before the draft and they use it instead then the price becomes 2 first rounders in 2024 and 2025 after the draft. If they’re prepared to carry his salary for a while then they have all the leverage.

GB's not getting #13 overall and they know it... They should instead demand Both 42 And 43 this year Plus the Jete's #1 next year.

Wade doesn't need to play FS at 215 either.
Safety I mean for a safety position you'll be run over if you think you can play at 190.. there are no 190 pound safeties in the NFL if I'm wrong I'd be happy to learn of some.. Chung was about 210, 190 McCourty wasn't a natural safety he was a CB who converted to FS.

That's a pretty good deal still.

Yeah that is true, however he won't be talking rham in training camp rham will run him over.. you want your safeties at at least 200.. FS or SS still have to tackle backs, TE'S ect.. I don't see any safeties playing under 200.. however could be.. I'm just saying it's rare..

Yeah, and they're Strong Safeties.

Wade doesn't need to add ANY more weight for Free Safety... 192 (his listed weight during the 2021 draft process) is fine, if one knows how to use it.

Relax buddy. So many assumptions and conclusions drawn from a post with zero text. "Bill is playing chess while the rest of the league plays checkers" trope is nothing but homer nonsense at this point. That was the sole point of my previous post.

Your point is that you offer nothing of substance and so you have to go over the course of 4 years to find five mistakes. That's is desperation on your part.

BB has made plenty of mistakes in his tenure. REAL fans know this. REAL fans take the good with the bad. How about you go look at other teams and tell us how many mistakes THEY made over the same 4 year time span. Go do the Jets, Commanders, Cowboys, Steelers, Cardinals, Vikings, and Colts. Then let us know how it compares.

Otherwise, you pushed a BS narrative that shows you've got your head up your buttocks.

Yep; and watch Billy waste one of our precious draft resources on one of those ****ing Alabama Safeties when there were good NFL Safeties already available at very reasonable prices.

$100 says that Bill doesn't draft an Alabama safety in any of the 1st 4 rounds.

No it doesn't. Not one single bit. You and Cap are clearly smoking cheap s**t.

If the Pats had TRULY thought he'd be an upgrade over Mills, they'd have signed him instead of cutting and then bringing back Mills.
I wasn’t saying losing the player hurts its players like Rapp calling Buffalo a special place.
We need to get that stigma back.
We are now at that having to overpay players to join us vs other designations.
