Dang, Mcduffie and Quay..... rough start on that trade lol Somebody take Malik!

McDuffie wasn’t going to last until 29. So that isn’t unexpected. Still a decent amount of talent left that we didn’t think would be available at 21 that the Pats might be able to select at 29.

at 29 we could get guysh like

Nakobe Dean
Andrew Booth
Linderbaum
Elam

if Daxton Hill is there that would be wonderful

"This team has so many holes. Why did they accumulate additional draft picks???" ......
Also starved for talent at certain positions, sometimes quality over quantity matters.

Very few people likely feel that way, unless they just want to post negative things. Mcduffie, Jermaine Johnson, Hill, Dean, Lloyd. I’m happy that all of those guys are there…and I’m ready for the Pats to take none of them.
Not sayimg they aren't worth the pick. But do I absolutely run up to steal a guy at 21? Besides maybe McDuffie idk. But is a guy like McDuffie rare at 21? Idk.

Bills just jumped up and took Elam off the board...what a crazy night.

I don't know Patriots fans fascination with loading up on junk picks late in the draft (ToM BrAdYY wAs A sIxtH roUnD cOmP piCk). This is. a team that outside of QB, RB, and safety could use an infusion of talent at any other spot on the roster and we traded back for some mid round picks. I don't like it and would rather have taken my chances on McDuffie at 21.
So, you’d rather improve just one position instead of improving three positions?

Packers pick a LB in the first round. Rodgers should have stuck with the game show host gig.

Not a great draft. Looks like they’re taking the dart board approach.
There’s the non-knee jerk, well thought out and substantive analysis the world has always enjoyed out of Florida Man!

You usually think quality over quantity when you're already a title contender and have very few holes, and you just need those few pieces. I don't see the Patriots as that team at the moment.
