I'd take Landry in a heartbeat. He is the best pure PASS rusher in the draft. He's better than Chubb in the pass rush, but not as strong overall in the rest of DE game.

He's okay against the run, but will improve with practice but he is good enough to hold his own!

Landry could be Chandler Jones 2.0 personally! I'd love him here!

Was speaking to zone/man & if he could ever be a viable man corner. Which like reamer I think is a bit overblown. Its not his strongest asset but I think he can progress there.

As for Oliver its a def a problem but again I wasn't speaking to that.

Meeks, Dawson M.J. Stewart are all guys that perfect fits too & are more of the physical CB's in the class

I wanted to add those exact 3 names . than deleted . since im not sure Id pick them over better prospects at other positions today.. Maybe Meeks..

I would be very very happy with Meeks. Have you watched Yiadom. Tackling is something I look for from a Pats corner and that part of his game impressed me. He’s also a special teams specialist.
Yup. I like him a lot as well. He def made my list. His teammate Moore is very under rated as well. I don't hear his name mentioned a ton. Got Yiadom just missing the 2nd round so I wouldn't be shocked at all if hes on our radar around 63+.

Every time I watched Yiadom he was always physical in we he did. The type that wants to hit you just to land an extra shot on you. Not a dirty player by any means. Def has that attitude you want. Nice square, solid stance that starts everything. Eyes and hands work great together down the field & staying in proper position. Very good tech in press. You ca tell he plays w/ the "I'll live w/ a flag" attitude. Very solid prospect. He'll have trouble w/ bigger, faster players but besides that there aren't many big issues. Could be our Logan Ryan.

Apparently Guice didn’t stick around in the green room either. I bet he didn’t think he’d be at least the 4th RB off the board (if that’s what happens).

I reckon Cleveland will take Connor Williams and Nick Chubb with their first two picks. Maybe Landry. Would make for a very nice haul for them.

I think Meeks in very under rated. Hes so physical. Great awareness, ball skills & smarts. He'll thump you. Just a very heady player in all aspects.

Stewart doesn't get talked about enough. He can play inside/outside. Extremely tough, physical in run support. Has nickel written all over him.

Alright I gota eat. Cya in a few

Mayock says Lauretta goes tonight.

I think the team that takes williams should give him a shot at Tackle

This guy was way off on where he'd be drafted, but I've seen several people compare parts of his game to Von Miller...

I like the safety options remaining and some of the receivers. I know our defense needs help but it isn't as bad as some people are making it out to be. Without even adding anyone and simply ridding ourselves of Richards and Roberts makes it substantially better.

We need more corners but I actually hate this draft class for corners. Jackson is slow and will get burned. Yes he has great ball skills and get few interceptions but speed is important in the nfl. Of the rest, I honestly feel there will be no difference in talent between a cb we pick in the second and an udfa.

I'm eyeing guys like:

Maurice Hurst
Marcus Allen
Lorenzo Carter
uchenz... usc guy lol
justin reid
christian kirk
and my binky....Azeem Victor

Not to us. I can’t see Bill wasting one of his only two picks of the night on a developmental QB.

Reid and Lauletta would be good or Rudolph
But my boy Deshon Elliot.
Hes a beast and a ball hawk he needs to be here.

Last post about Jackson's coverage. Remember that I like the kid, and I'd be fine with drafting him, but he has some technical flaws to his game and needs development.

This is just all kinds of problematic. The hands, the feet, the guesswork on the route -- at the NFL level he would have been burned for 6 on this play.

Fade matched up against a 6'4 jump ball specialist. The result of the play is great, but I really worry again about the lack of a jam, the extra shuffle steps, and the way that he's glancing back at the quarterback the entire way through the route. NFL level route runners will turn him around in this situation, or check from a fade to a double move, and he'll be a step behind.

Too often he gives up a huge cushion when he's playing off coverage. Does he worry about getting beat deep? Regardless, his technique is mashup. He's not in a backpedal or a true bail. He's nervous to turn his back to the action. Particularly pay attention to his feet, hips, and head: he's a bit disjointed through the top of this route. The WR makes an in cut for an easy first down. Again, this is all correctable, but he's got a long way to go at the next level.

I never had him as a top 15 prospect but didn't think he'd be selected in the 2nd round, sounds like it was purely done on injuries, he might have.

I agree about the Von Miller comparisons, he's not as explosive as Von, but he can get there i think. Has all the talent and the first step and the bend to be able to cause pure havoc.. Just imagine.. Clayborn... Rivers... Trey Flowers... Wise... Landry?...

That could be a very solid DE rotation!

Could they take a late 2nd or 3rd round flyer on Arden Key, perhaps?
