new orleans = new england with better players. Do they have an 80 man roster? 4 vg running backs. 5 vg wr's. A tight end as good as any - different but on gronk's level as a reciever. They will be a tough out although detroit is giving them a run.

Saints just wear you down on offense. Like a rough basketball game. Almost unstoppable and unbeatable in the dome. They have just enough defense to stop you when it counts. Who dat gonna beat dem saints ? I don't know. Do they travel well. Let's see what happens when they go outside.

It's amazing how much time brees and brady get.

Collinsworth says they have a great understanding of the game.

Honestly, the Pats D may give up a big play here and there, but it is never un contested like this BS from the Lions D...

As every week of this season wears on I am becoming convinced that the defense that can stop an elite offense doesn't exist.
Against top offense, every secondary looks like crap.
Perhaps the reason the 3 best offense have statistically crappy defenses is that they put teams in a position to have to throw and the rules have made it so the only way to stop a good pass offense is to get lucky, and an average pass offense is almost as much of a mismatch.
