Stat boy/choke artest supreme Payton Manning at 25 million per year unbelievable. And an un-named GM compare's Manning to Micheal Jordon, one of the great cluth players of all time ....You've got to be kidding me, thats ludicrous. Who ever it is see's something i don't.

Manning could easily command $25M a year - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

INDIANAPOLIS – The thought of doling out $25 million to $30 million annually for one athlete would frighten most executives. As the Indianapolis Colts work on inking Peyton Manning(notes) to such a potentially lucrative deal this offseason, one observer put the situation in perspective

He’s probably the second athlete where you could say he can name his price,” said an agent who has no financial or personal connection to Manning of any kind. “The only other athlete who could pretty much name his price was Michael Jordan when he was with the [Chicago] Bulls.”

Jordan had the stats too. But, Peyton Manning can't be compared to Jordan because:

1) Jordan wasn't a choker
2) Jordan actually won multiple championships: 6, and if he didn't retire for that year of baseball it would have been 7 in a row.
