Kurt Warner : Rams Never Got Closure For Spygate

Oh really? What part of my post is incorrect? Do you have anything intelligent to add, or just random insults?

Your idiotic statement that it is only on this forum where spygate discussions occur?

The Lowell Sun patriots reporter said it perfectly 5 years ago in the opening sentence in the article I linked in my last post:

So long as 31 other NFL teams have fans with access to the World Wide Web and disdain for the New England Patriots, "Spygate" will never die.
Pevear: 'Spygate' closed, Pats bruised - Lowell Sun Online

unfortunate, but true.

We can ignore the fact-deprived rants or rebut them with facts. It's your prerogative to choose the former, mine the latter. It's all good.

I want to know why everyone always says "we don't know what was on the tapes"

Am I the only one that watched FOX run the tapes for about 20 minutes back in 07.

I showed Matt Walsh taping the cheerleaders more than anything else

THIS.I always wonder why this wasnt brought up.

Dear Kurt - Excuses are for losers. Please pass this along to your buddy Marshall.

Well please allow me to clarify for those not intelligent enough to realize that such a statement was not meant to be taken 100% literally:

This forum keeps Spygate alive and well moreso than any other media outlet does. For example, I didn't hear a single thing about Kurt Warner's comments until I came into this forum. They didn't get any major local or national media attention at all - maybe because he says the exact same thing on a roughly annual basis. But it sure got people in here riled up (for the 5th time).

Once people on this forum stop obsessing over Spygate, that will eliminate about 85% of the Spygate references we all come across on a regular basis.

So I say this forum is the place most responsible for keeping Spygate alive and well and, to prove me wrong, you have to quote an article from 5 years ago..?!? Really???? ROFLOLOLOLOLLLLLLLLLLL.

so..it's all from THIS forum...no one anywhere else in the country on any outlets are talking about Spygate again today, this week and the last month. Is that your 100% factual ,declaration?

wow, if a statement was made 5 years ago rather than yesterday, it cannot be true? I'm not saying it was "spygate news" or any great revelation.

Pretend I'm typing this slowly as you read it even slower, since I realize that you are "challenged" SB39.

Jealous fans and jealous players spew mis-information about spygate on a regular basis all over the place. Some of us notice. It bothers some of us. We often try to arm each other with the factual information to properly rebut the Faulks and Warners of the world.

If you choose to not notice and don't care, you have the option to not read those threads and those posts.

When you enter into those discussions and contribute mis-information about spygate, such saying that nobody cares about it but those on this forum, I also have the option to not read or respond to those idiotic posts.

But I choose the path of informed, enlightened, fact-based discourse.

We both have choices.

he chooses to continue to troll, as usual, because this is what he is all about...mocking,attacking,defaming and tear away at THIS forum and we Patriot fans. Notice he will not repsond to my question...why?..perhaps he knows I already have link after link after link ----------->thousands of media Spygate stories from the likes of CBS Sports, ESPN, NFLN,Comcast, and various newspapers coast to coast...all direct Spygate pieces...all within the past three weeks.

He's nothing but a contentious ,argumentative troll bent on "LOLLLLLLOL!!!!" at our fans here and spreading outright libels in all directions.

Still angry about that pick 6 to Ty Law.

I put that one on ignore a while back, Joker, and I've never regretted doing so.

I know D.I.

I think I'm going to take your advice, it's obvious this person is fraudulent.

What part of "Once people on this forum stop obsessing over Spygate, that will eliminate about 85% of the Spygate references we all come across on a regular basis" are you not understanding?

Where did you study math that makes you deduce 85% = 100%?

I'll try to reduce using big words so maybe that will help your childlike mind understand:

The fact that you have to go back 5 years to find an article to prove your point only really hurts it more than helps it.

As SVN mentioned, we now have the greatest commentator of all time, Marshall Faulk, also chiming in to give his valuable insights. :bricks:

I would rather these two morons openly accuse us of cheating instead of trotting such weak theories and asking such intelligent questions like 'why haven't we won another SB yet?'.

"Pats haven't won since spygate".

Neither has 25 other teams. How about how the Cowboys or 49ers haven't won a SB since the mid-90s. Or how the Broncos have just gotten back to the SB for the first time since they last won it which they cheated the salary cap to for their two best players in Elway and Davis.

Oh and what's that Pats have been to 2 SB since and were literally 2 plays away from having 2 more SB trophies.

But ya the Pats not being able to have a camera guy on the sideline in which the same stuff they were filming you can film from a designated area in the stadium is the reason why they haven't won since then.

They also haven't won since their defense was anything better than serviceable.

I'd say that's much more of a causality.

Steelers haven't won since rapegate
Saints haven't won since bountygate
Broncos haven't won since salarycapgate
49ers haven't won since briberygate
etc...

Difference being…you never see players & pundits say those stupid things
i think that's partly because media/social media wasn't nearly what it is these days (or since 2007). Also, people have romanticized those teams as the "way things were done". Maybe in time, it will all wash out, but people feel the Patriots came out of nowhere to sudden dominance.

they don't understand what happened and feel there must have been something extra...like Mark Mcguire/Sosa/Bonds breaking the home run records. Patriots won't get a break until they actually string a couple losing seasons together and return to mediocrity (hopefully that happens a long time from now).

I'm curious why no outlet has never done an expose on Spygate to get down to the truth of it. Maybe if a couple more coaches come forward and talk abotu the impact (like Cowher) then it can get some perspective. But, right now they just like to whip up people and get them in a frenzy and logic/reason can't get a foothold on people right now.
