Just watched 4th Quarter of SB 49 again

It’s amazing to think that after everything Brady did in his career, in 2014 his two most legendary performances (maybe the two most gutsy QB performances in SB history for any player) were still yet to come. It’s like the word legend isn’t enough with TB12. But I’m sure any top-15 QB would have done the same thing.
It was 3 legendary performances. Unlike the Malcolm pick in 49 and the Flowers sack and Long hold in 51, no key defensive performance in 52 was to be had, forever skewing most fans' view of Brady's one man show at age 40.

Regards,
Chris

Good point.

Even despite losing Cooks and adjusting on the fly though, Brady’s performance in SB52 was more Montana dominant. The Eagles defense didn’t stand a chance, though the team won with a bunch of other factors going their way. Brady’s 52 performance was amazing and legendary, though the “scratch and claw” performances in the other two is just a testament to who he is and has always been.

Emotionally, the win over the Seahawks after the Deflategate BS was the more satisfying personally. The win over the Falcons was just icing on the cake.
