I have been pondering the implications of this statement for the last several moments. I'm left to conclude that sucking "less than normal" means they still SUCK. Am I right, or am I right?

You're right and it's relative. They Jete could in fact improve but improve less than every other team which would mean they actually suck more than they did last season.

The types of "red flags" he's had to deal with during the draft process reek of teams trying to push him down so they can draft him. The three inches he has on Mayfield are about the margin with which I have Rosen as the No. 3 pick.

You are correct. The Jete always suck and the only question is how much. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most suckage, I give them only a 10 this year. Usually they're in the 11-15 range.
