All I'm gonna say is, if the Jets finish with a better record than NE this year, I'm giving up on football.

The Jets are supposed to suck this year. Don't steal our thunder damn it!

Joey...he's a Jete fan. Ignore the noise. His squad won't score 27 points in 5 games.

Why don't you get the f&&$& out of here. No one wants you here. You are embarrassing yourself by being here.
Go be a clown somewhere else.

From your keyboard to the football gods' ears. I hope you're right.

Btw, only caught the last quarter of the game. (Saw IT. ) So no clue if the Pats were really bad. Just going off reactions here. From the sounds of it, you guys watched a horror flick too.

The Jete play the Bills tomorrow in Beefalo. We already know the Jete will lose, it's just a question of by how much. The pathetic thing is Jete fans actually will be rooting for that outcome, feeding their fantasy of landing a savior QB early in next year's draft. It's similar to rooting for your sick wife to hurry up and die so you can go out and find a sexy young girlfriend. THAT, folks, sums up the inherent putrid suckage of the New Jersey Green Beans and their slimy fans. Genuine garbage, through and through.

The question for Pats fans this season is: what do WE want to happen? For us, this should be an enjoyable Jete season no matter what, lose OR win. We know their team is crap, via historically bad mismanagement. Every loss will do a number on the team's psyche, every win will do a number on their twisted fans' psyches. We can't lose. Enjoy the futility, everyone!

I'm not so sure I want the Jets to lose tomorrow. I just watched the first half of USC Stanford and I'm not sure I want to see Sam Darnold be the Jets QB for the next decade. He is really good

I'm a huge Sam fan. Hes nuanced in so many areas and has an old mans game. Very mature. Thats what sets him apart and will at the next level if he succeeds. He has lots of talent and good qualities. His ability to put the ball in places that only his guy can get to is amazing and uncanny. Great tough. Accurate and quick eyes. Goes through progressions with ease. Looks like a Vet manipulating the pocket at times. Almost effortless there. He absolutely no fear in throwing into tight windows, esp across the middle. His eyes are always looking ahead and downfield.

His delivery is elongated and some mechanics/technique need work (feet & base/core aren't in sync at times, but it's nitpicking, ball security at the next level in delivery doesn't change). Has to keep INTS down. He'll obviously gain more experience this year.

He might not have the throwing motion of Rosen. The amazing attributes and physical talent of Jackson. Allens arm. What he does have though is a pro look, feel and mature game. Quick eyes, ability to process info quickly, eyes downfield and almost bend it like Beckham type arm.

His genes are gold too. Has Olympic bloodlines and super athletic parents and relatives. Loves USC though through and through. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he's back despite having #1-top 5 pick assurances from teams. Loves the college life and wants to make the most out of it on and off the field.

Pennywise reference?

Go see IT. Good flick. It'll get week 1 out of your head.
Agreed. Better than what I had expected. I would've done some things differently, but I think it was much scarier than the made for TV movie. Stayed true to the book for the most part.

Looking forward to chapter 2.

PS--obligatory Jets suck comment

I think I'll send his family a gross of " EVADE THE JETE - STAY IN THE LA HEAT" T-shirts to wear around campus.
They're the Jets. They'll figure out a way to lose one less game than another team, and they'll take the next Sanchez in the top 5, again.

The Jets can draft Sam Darnold and probably still suck, the Jets have no talent from the GM, to the HC, to the coaching assistants..

Darnold will just be another guy they f... up.
